Latest News from Alex...           Kitty and Puppy Haven have been working with the ANCYL to host a Dog Day in Alex on the 27th November 2010. We will be offering the community free tick/flea dipping, de-worming treatments, rabies shots and other needed inoculations as well as donating blankets, collars, leads, toys and food to the pet owners. There will also be a mobile clinic on site to treat any animals.         With the help of our sponsors, Pedigree, Hills, Bob Martin, Addis and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development we are excited to help the people of Alex to care for their animals properly.         We have a few local celebrities like Mark Batchelor, Sean Bartlett and their friends that will be attaending the event to help promote animal welfare and rights.
